Unfortunately I missed seeing this era of tool live. The only time I saw them, it was in a stadium in 2002 i think and I was far away but he stood in the back of the stage and faced backwards the entire fucking time

Yep. Thirty years ago, I can still remember this was the third song of the set. This was also the specific moment I realized I had to get my drums out of my buddy's basement. I had some major practicing to do. Still do.

I could never get over just how much Maynard hates the people he's singing to. He's an asshole and hates those little people out in the audience. You can see it in the looks on his face. I don't think I would ever respect such a massive condescending asshole.

Tool playing Zeppelin makes my life enjoyable. We are only on this stupid rock for like 80 years and ya gotta enjoy as much of it as possible and this makes 12 minutes at a time enjoyable

I showed this to my non-metalhead history teacher and he got quite frightened by Maynard. I liked his interpretation where he says MJK is like a demon here because around 0:14 his hair looks like horns. He even started to imagine how Maynard's stare would be something scaring to see live back in day. Well, now my history teacher is into TOOL!
