Just because Carnival did not plan for excessive diamond and Platinum guests. Doesn't mean they should take away the perks that those guests have rightfully earned.

The change in Norwegian Epic's itinerary had nothing to do with the upcoming passenger fee (this is not implemented yet and even if it was it would be the same for Corfu as in Argostoli or Katakolon). It was due to fuel consumption due to emissions regulations that apply in Europe that force ships to travel with lower speed so they don't pay a fine. Distance from Mykonos to Corfu is greater than Argostoli or Katakolon. Same thing happened last year.

Our flights were canceled on Saturday due to ice, then 11 inches of snow. Carnival Cruise Line refused to give us credit for the next cruise.

Suing the cruise line for the actions on one crew member would be like suing New York City for a peeping tom looking into your apartment window. Good luck with that. As for the ex-crew member, how are you going to get anything from him if he is serving a 30-year sentence? As for the prankster, she should be punished for encouraging a possibly dangerous TikTok challenge. Pranks might get you likes but the consequences can be catastrophic.
