As long as their ships are sailing full and over capacity, people are bragging on social media how much they tip their favorite bartenders (even though they prepaid gratuities), of course Carnival will continue to raise prices. Carnival has to pay for the extra security officers they are having to hire because so many fights happen due to the excessive drinking.

I never get the Cheers package so the only one that will affect me is the WiFi package increase.
