It was really impressive watching this whole laborious process and the creative techniques employed in creating such a sturdy structure. It did give me pause considering the placement of a shelter on a hillside location where so many large stones and boulders have come to rest.

If you go into the forest owned by the federal government and cut down a bunch of trees and get caught by the ranger you will go to jail quickly

I'm thinking the placement of the structure should've been given more consideration. He's one avalanche or rockslide away from catastrophe.
