Not at all. It is customary for a male soloist to shake the conductor's hand, and it is customary for a female soloist to have her hand kissed by the conductor. Concertmasters of the orchestras, male and female, also get that treatment in pure orchestral works. So no, he's not kissing her hands like he would have Paganini's - he WOULDN'T kiss Paganini's hand.
