I live in Cumming.... please don't have more people move here. They are tearing up all of the trees and land. Its making it really hard to live here and we work hard enough as it is to keep up with the price of living. Moving more people in is gonna raise the prices...The wildlife is also being killed by the mass raping of the land. Not to mention more wrecks are happening with foreign drivers. Not to mention the crime rate is rapidly growing.

We have an ugly jacuzzi garden tub. Planning to install a freestanding tub. We don't bathe that often but we already removed the tub in our kids's bathroom so need to keep at least one tub in the house. Seems like a better alternative than leaving the outdated tub.

Not a lot of “cool” areas like Roswell or Alpharetta but Cumming-Forsyth has some beautiful neighborhoods and it is very safe. We live in South Forsyth and love it.

As someone who came into this video looking to get some info on what each towns have to offer (specifically Canton), this video didn't really deliver. For the entire Canton part of the video, you basically said Canton was not recommended if you wanted easy commute to Atlanta and then nothing more.

Way more job sectors not limited to tourism and just the service industry. GA pays way better wages than Florida overall, facts. Film, transportation, tech, health care, construction and home to many Fortune 500 companies.Strategically located, four seasons with moderate temperatures, tons of history indigenous, colonial to contemporary, Appalachians, rolling hills, beaches and barrier islands. From GA you can access over 17 plus states within a days road trip, it’s a nexus. GA is home to Delta, and the busiest most vital airport in the world. GA is home to CNN, Home Depot, Coca Cola, Porsche, UPS just to name a few. GA ranks 8th in GDP output. GA is the Hollywood of the East housing many studios including Tyler Perry. Diverse topography and a very business friendly environment are also pros, as well as a very diverse population of people from all over. Georgia? the content creator is very serious, and why wouldn’t they.

Helene hit us here in Augusta pretty good so yes, hurricanes do come through Georgia. I know you're in the Atlanta area, but there is more to Georgia than there and they have better prices for homes, land, and rent than Atlanta as well.
