As someone who came into this video looking to get some info on what each towns have to offer (specifically Canton), this video didn't really deliver. For the entire Canton part of the video, you basically said Canton was not recommended if you wanted easy commute to Atlanta and then nothing more.

I'm surprised you didn't mention Flowery Branch! What a great area! Great time to get in while home costs are lower. Places like Reveille being built here (avalon-ish in Alpharetta) will only help home prices surge.

My wife and I moved to Alpharetta from Los Angeles, California in 1993. We found a home without a freaking HOA in a subdivision within walking distance of downtown. The homes are far apart and we have nearly a football field distance between our house and the house behind us. In 1993, homes in Alpharetta were about 1/6th the price of homes in LA. At the time we bought our home, it felt like we were living out in the country. The traffic here is now insane at times and everything seems to be in a perpetual state of construction.

Not everyone cares about lots size, and affordability or country living. Alpharetta seems to be the surburb for ME.
