Harly is over priced period low Hp , low tq , cost too much to customize. I could name multiple motocycle that offer mor bang for the buck. Across the spectrum period

FINALLY!!! Thank you! This is why I wanted to see a comparison. I’ve had the Hogworkz fender sitting in my shopping cart on their website for weeks, waiting for this. Now that I see them side by side, I think I actually like the H-D ST version better. I like how the tip of the fender is parallel with the ground rather than rounded like the Hogworkz. Though I do prefer the Hogworkz look without the rivets better. I think I’ll be going with the ST version, which is unfortunately about $300 more. Harley tax strikes again!

Harley Davidson sells because it is an ICON. No one can argue that any push-rod Vtwin is advanced technology. I ride a 2017 FLHTK and I cannot say that any of the so-called styling improvements (changes?) since 2020 make the touring models desireable.

Yeah, "Harley Davidson Market Crash" <- nice click bait. First, every notable market watch professional it either saying buy harley stock, or hold on to it. If the market for harley was that bad, they would say sell. Second, check out whats happening in the market to other motorcycle brands, and even check auto brands. Things are down all over. Its the cost of business and borrowing. Third, this is usually a slow time for harley anyway. Fourth, I have heard LOTS of youtubers like yourself "speculate" about why dealerships are closing. One thing that is NEVER shown are facts about why a dealer closed. We dont get to see the books, or the decisions made by that dealer. Lastly, motorcycles are considered a luxury item, meaning not a "need" like a car might be. ALL big ticket luxury item sales are down.

Actually, the Hogwarts on that one looks great on it, if it wasn’t crow engine and all that down there and it was blacked out, I would’ve went with the black color Hogwarts think that would look sharp going with the black out. Look on the bottom there what do you think?

I have heard that ditching your stock fender and switching to a wrapped will help with wind buffering.

I was for a fix , since I bought my 23 rg it intermittent had this issue and I noticed that it happen while I was in gear, so I think that this would fix it,it happened to me years ago on my yamaha virago and the wires were outside the bars, so I could cleaned and or jump them but harley is a different design I also have a warranty but unless the dealer can duplicate the problem they can't fix it . The saddle bag lights seem a good idea, but didn't you just permanently mount your saddle bags to the bike? What about maintenance that requires the bags to be removed? It may not be every day, but if you need to work on your shocks or drive belt, what do you do about that? I know someone else commented but it's not clear to me how you remove the bags.

100% ! These bikes work way better in the twisties with a 13”, they just sit level and handle much better.

The 114 Stage 2 sounds a little better but, I agree, it's probably not worth the hit in gas mileage. Coming from what I've got, I'd actually be fine with a stock 114

Great sound clips. I purchased the tab 3.5 inch bam zombie for my new 24 Indian Chief bobber dark horse and is pretty loud but sound pretty tinny, Just ordered the medium tab baffles and can't wait to change them out. Definitely looking forward the extra back pressure and deeper throaty sound and also hearing music louder and clearer. thx again for the different comparisons

Great analysis. It’s not just HD. All manufacturers are suffering. The car market is suffering and people actually need cars unlike motorcycles. I played the game of buying a new 24’ RG and traded in two bikes that I tried to sell. Both of which were priced well below value and didn’t have a single bite (until the day I traded them I’m). My local Harley dealer charged me retail but were very generous on the bikes I was trading in. In the end the price was the same whether they lowered the new bike value and low balled my trade or vice versa. But I felt better getting more on paper for my trade in.

Bike looks great! I do like the look of the short bags and that color looks identical. Only thing I don’t like on the new bags is the latch is chrome vs red (personal preferences of course). :) I like the option of the Harley name spelled out.

Looks better with there new bags IMO. Not a fan of stretched bags. Can you swap out the latch LED’s or do you have to get all new. I know once the sequentials are applied, they’re pretty well stuck. Go with the Harley-Davidson sticker and save the emblem for something else. Beautiful bike.

I refuse to buy anymore seats I went back to my stock Harley seat. I spent just under 4 grand on all sorts of seats. I’m done buying crappy seats. So for no one I won’t buy a seat until the seat company sends me a seat and if I like it In 3 months I’ll buy it. But so far nothing
