i was taufht that fish in the oven should be baked in a 400 degree oven how iwll i know if this fish is ccoked

What temperature is 170 Fahrenheit or Celsius? I made it at 338 F and the sauce dried out, still delicious though!

My version of this wonderful dish has many differences than how it is made here, but it is always evolving. I am intrigued by the idea of adding star anise and cloves to this dish. I also like how you made the vegetable stock. I am making this dish for my Thanksgiving dinner this year, which also falls on the same weekend as my birthday. Your version of this looks fantastic, Chef Ramy!

Boo. Not a Moroccan Tajine at all !! Moroccan Tajine dishes are made in a Tagine, a special cone shaped earthenware utensil not a steel casserole dish with a glass lid. With its tight fitting, cone-shaped lid, a Tagine steams the stew as it cooks, catching the rising, aromatic vapour and allowing it to drip back over the ingredients, thereby bathing them in their own juices.. Terribly misleading

Hey Paul, I totally understand your point of view on this recipe, I have been working 2 years under moroccan Chef in Dubai. And I got the idea from him and people love it, so but as for my own view if you are a professional chef I don’t look the special equipment for cooking the food because food for me TASTE no matter however you prepare / cooking Any way thank you 🙏

You're using an aluminum pan. You should not make videos using aluminum pans. They are not safe. Period.

Hi Ramy, just one quick question... the directions are for the salmon to be in the "freezer" overnight, but is that what we call in the US a 'refrigerator'? Freezers here in US are set at -17C .... but our refrigerators are set at 2.5C. So I am guessing would I store this in our refrigerator here overnight? Maybe the two words are translated differently:) Thanks so much! randy

Hi Chef, just looking for some advice on how you’d serve this in restaurant. Do you store the beef cheeks in the fridge after slow cooking, if so what’s the best way to reheat to serve during service? Any help would be appreciated thinking of serving this! Thanks

Hey , hope you are doing well? Normally when I cooked beef cheeks after cooking I separately put in (meat and sauce) vacuum bags and fridge for only twos days, then I keep out before one day serving and reheat on the pan with covered at least 10 to 15 min in slow heat then I serve
