Seeing evil Scarlet is a thing because you failed to recuse her despite the fact that no one in a normal playthrough would get strong enough to fight them or get that far into the fight due to the enemies being roughly 4 to 8 times higher leveler than you is amazing thought and attention to detail However, seeing the possessed Ramona and Morard coming after you has some grimdark implications.

Do a Genocide Run, where you must execute/miss as many non-mercenary playable characters as possible. That means if there is any way to miss someone, you must miss them. And no mercenaries to patch up the holes left by those losses. Alternatively, call it Unicorn Overlord but I'm Bad At Relationships. It looks like someone already suggested a 100% minimum recruitment six months ago, which is exactly what this would be, but I'd love to see you do it.

It's difficult? I literally can't recall it being that difficult. Chapter 13 ups the stakes for sure and Iago's Wild Ride sucks, but Conquest offers you a lot of leeway to make mistakes and still win.

Fire Emblem Conquest was my first game and I essentially played it the same way every 10 year old played Pokemon. In retrospect it’s really funny to see how I would completely disregard permanently stat boosting items and staff users. Like how I’d look at Chapter 11 Azama and go “nah I’d win” and then throw all my units at him because “he’s an unarmed staff user how bad could this guy be”
