Yes, taking notes digitally can be quite effective, since note taking apps on Android tablets / iPads offer a lot of flexibility in terms of editing and rearranging content, whenever you want to. Personally, whenever possible, I do use an iPad to take notes. That said, there are some practical challenges like : - colleges or teachers may prohibit the use of electronic devices in the classrooms. - you have to be conscious of battery usage and have enough charge to last for the whole day. - carrying your tablet / iPad in a bag in public transport comes with the risks of damage or theft. So, if I am taking notes at home or at office, I prefer an iPad. If it is a public place, I prefer a normal spiral bound notebook. Later on, I just take a photo of the notes into the iPad and edit it as required.

Till what date i must take the LNAT'S for applying for Jindal Law College?

As per my understanding, for the 5 year LL.B programs for the Academic Year 2025, JGLS has two application cut-offs, 31st Dec 2024 and 31st July 2025. Like many foreign universities, they will have the admissions in two cycles, with the first round of offers being released in Jan 2025 and the second round in Aug 2025. So, technically, you can take the LNAT until the last date; i.e. 31st July 2025. However, I would highly recommend taking up the LNAT after a 3 month preparation time. (If you are starting from a scratch.) If you are starting now, you should book your LNAT for late March / early April 2025. 3 months is more than adequate for preparing for the LNAT; and I have not seen any incremental benefits from longer prep time. You should go to the JGLS website and register with your basic details and download all the brochures; and also get the official information directly. (Since this is the first year they will be using the LNAT, you should stay updated through their official mailing list.) You can try out free full-length LNAT mock test at lawmint.co.uk

I believe you will need to approach the college of your choice at this time, since typically they will start issuing application forms and start the admissions process early next year. All my videos will be uploaded on this channel itself; so just keep checking periodically. If there are any specific questions, you can reach out at the email available on the channel description. The one best practice that I have for all law students is that you should not artificially create any backlogs by deciding to take some papers in the next attempt. Clear all papers as soon as possible. Even if you think you are not fully prepared, just go and write the exam. Wishing you all the very best!
