Hello, how I can get active multiple exposure option, when I press on this option camera says- this option not available on current settings- one guy says that I need exposure bracketing, but I don’t understand what I need to do excatly, maybe you can help me

Can you separate images made as double exposures in canon afterwards? I tried this method of yours but id like to make adjustments. Im curious if there is a way to work with each exposure separately?
@ToniDarcyАй бұрын
Yes with Canon it does still save the images separately whilst still making the multiple exposures in camera :)

Huge fan of your work. One thing I never payed attention to was your white balance setting on the camera. When I try to do fake sunsets, I notice that with AWB, the area where the CTO flash is coming from is very orange. Is that due to the AWB? If I warm up my white balance, will the fake sunset blend in better with the rest of the picture? Thank you 😊
@ToniDarcy3 ай бұрын
Yes that’s right. Your camera is auto balancing to blue, if you change this to 7000K your scene will be warmer and match the CTO gels 👌🏼

Hi , great video and photography. I was wondering, when you change your white balance to 7000k do you gel your strobe? Say with a ctb?
@ToniDarcy3 ай бұрын
I gel my strobe to CTO which will make the skin warmer and WB 7000K to make the scene warmer. If I want to balance the scene for indoors I use CTO to match artificial lighting with WB 4000K to match the scene. I hope that makes sense ☺️

Great shots. I have found > Continuous setting just means you can start with another multi exposure without starting again at the menu. Not setting it means you start back at the menu. Selecting the no of frames is selecting how many frames you can overlay.

Well this is for any camera and actually there is one exposure and two flashes. Actually, this way you could make how many flashes you want. There are other differences for multiple exposures. All those will be freezing the movement. Multiple exposures could part or all be blurred by motion creatively. With Sony unfortunately only in post
@ToniDarcy3 ай бұрын
It is for any camera but it’s a great option for cameras that don’t have built in multiple exposures. It’s still freezing the frame whether you use the flash or the trigger isn’t it ☺️

Hi there. I'm sony 7IV user. Im unable to shoot double exposure with my camera. Whenever i click, it come out as a single photo, it doesn't blend together. What should i do? Would you please elaborate the settings? Or where I'm going wrong?
@itsahsah Жыл бұрын
She's using Flash as it's own exposure. You can't technically shoot multiple exposures in camera via setting or menu option. Basically any time a flash fires, it takes it's own exposure. This is then blended with the ambient exposure. If you open up your shutter speed to be long enough, say 2 seconds like she does in this video, and trigger your flash twice, you can get a double exposure as each time the flash triggers, it will "imprint" onto the frame.
@bvill6749 Жыл бұрын
soo shutter speed for 2 seconds? I'm assuming the aperture should be high to bring down the flash ?@@itsahsah
@itsahsah Жыл бұрын
@@bvill6749 What scenario are you using shooting in? If just using a TTL flash, you can simply set your flash setting in your camera to "REAR CURTAIN SYNC", set your ambient exposure to being a little underexposed for the scene, but with a slow shutter speed, let's say .5 sec to 2 sec, and let your flash do the rest of the work at whatever aperture you choose. Typically a wide open aperture from 1.2-5.6 plus the slow shutter speed will make a blown out image, so beware of that. F.6.3-f8, and smaller will most likely work well for you.
@itsahsah Жыл бұрын
@@bvill6749 also take note that if you decide to do this all manually, you might want to do this in a setting where you can control the light, or in a dark room, so that you can have each subsequent flash press expose over your otherwise dark ambient image. It is why in this case, she has her model on a dark background, because black in an image is kind of a blank canvas for exposure.
