Okay, so I struggled a lot with donut plains as well. Some things to consider on why you should pick it as your least favorite 200cc course: 1.) It has lots of sharp turns back to back, making mini turbo boosts absolutely horrible 2.) You need to drift on those sharp turns, so it's hard to handle the mini turbo 3.) The course has a slippery part near the finish line. It's that part with the Monty moles where the ground is all wet, you know the one. Here is a tip that helped me and might help you: The section with the broken bridge? Take that turn still underwater, and then hop over the grass to get back on the road. It's a more straight route than going through all the little sharp turns after the half bridge.
