I’m gonna disagree with this. Even in military tactics, it dictates you form a line and start to form an L shape to flank. The 3 triangles will always focus the solo. The one pushing. The 3 triangles can cross fire anyone moving forward. When someone gets cracked. That’s when the other 2 players have to focus one covering the weak player and that’s when the offensive happens.

I haven't played competitively in a game in years but back in the day in TF2 and other shooters if I was trialing for a team that communicated like this team I would run a mile. Absolutely awful comms.
@Kraziman27

If zero had said he's going to swing right with bubble and allowed his team mates time to process that (before sending it), his team mates could have better timed their swings. Honestly TSM are amazing at this. Zap's micro calls in fights are outstanding, to include his communication (ability to know his team mate's understand his plan and are ready). I also heard Zero say the other day, he/they are not about to change their play style. The meta is the meta. Which sadly is to get to center of zone and survive. I also think the meta requires the IGL to micro a lot more in fights. Micro of abilities (bubble and Newcastle Shield) and swing/peak/push timing. Last season Bang could swing and survive a long time with bang passive and smoke, giving more time for team mates to help/react to the Bangs play.

IDK, Zero said, "I need help. I'm getting swung." Wxlter asked, "U good?" Zero:" No! No!" And then Hal play extremely passive. If Zero was the problem, he messed up before the video starts IMO. Hal should have been more aggressive, but I'm not sure where Wxlter even was from the video. Hal and Wxlter should have been more aggressive and aware of where the other was...Zero picked up Hal and Wxltzy because they can think for themselves. And saying 10 seconds was just hyperbole. It was 4 seconds. Which is ETERNITY in a fight. I think Hal was most at fault for not comming anything and playing too passive.
@unwono
@unwono 16 күн бұрын
There were two guys on Hal's door like a second before the clip started and one of them was on the left which means Hal obviously can't go yet because he would get pinched. Zero says "I'm peeking inside, I'm fucking" because of the damage he was doing with Gibby ult and proceeds to go 1v2 the other two players. Hal goes as fast as possible after the guy moves off the left side and Waltzy follows but by now Zero has already died. I do not see this situation as anything other than Zero's fault. He is the IGL. Zero is apparently "peeking" two guys while actually just inting them. This building has a balcony where Zero (at least from Hal's POV) could probably see the enemies, and understanding his comm of peeking as meaning that he peeked that ledge is logical. If Zero says he is peeking, he should not be in a 1v2, now should he? Hal and Waltzy cannot be more aggressive here because of the Gibby on the left that would be pinching them. "Zero picked up Hal and Wxltzy because they can think for themselves" This is not how Apex Legends competitive works. The IGL gets to literally control their two teammates. IGL says and the two robots do. Zero does not give any orders here. I'm not saying you have to comm literally everything, but if you are going to peek a fucking 1v2 then yes, a command should be given. Zero is 120% at fault for this per my reasoning. Feel free to disagree by responding to my points.
@vagabondcaleb8915
@vagabondcaleb8915 16 күн бұрын
Hal could easily have been more aggressive by sprinting forward to Zero..He just stares at the enemies while Zero screams he needs help..Zero might have also been at fault, but I simply haven't encountered the earlier parts of this clip or Zero's POV to be able to see where he messed up. Regardless, Hal was not saying a word and he didn't engage the enemies or sprint towards Zero...He literally played slow af.

Hal was actually in as fast as he could. He didn't know where everyone was at until the gibby slid past him and Zero called he was getting swung and then followed the Gibby knowing he wasn't going to get blasted by 3 people who could possibly be staring at the door he was coming out of. Hal also got deadslid from the thermit tick and got unlucky with the jump slide as he was about to slide into the bubble. Not just that but Wxltzy was the only one here who was in the wrong only in this clip. He was nowhere to be found then didn't actually play the bubble where you jiggle peak etc he just ran in and got decimated while cracking nobody while Hal was jiggle peaking and actually did quite a lot of damage and would've won if Wxltzy didn't feed face. Not just that but in typical Zero fashion he is by himself because his positioning always sucks and he is the slowest person in the world to react to possible threats, always dying even when he has time to back out, I see it atleast once a game where he gets knocked or almost gets knocked because of it.

its a combination of several things. If you've checked out I think his name is Scott McCloud he has written a book "Making Comics" ....... in it he talks about visual storytelling but also sequential storytelling thru the comic book medium which has its unique way of portraying events, pacing and providing the passage of time moving from panel to panel. its truly a great read.

I agree with most of these points, After reading the latest chapters of Berserk, like something feels off, The art and storytelling seem less dynamic, more flat, almost two-dimensional and the flow while reading isn’t as smooth as it used to be in the older chapters

I will say that I feel there is less details in terms of dialogue and perhaps the events. like, things dont dive as deeply as they should. Guts being psychologically broken down by not being able to hit Griffith as an example didn't explore very much. it was just I lost Casca, my sword, you were all I had, I fell down, the beast mocked me and that was it. I felt like there should have been more but I think for the size shoes the team is trying to fill they are doing a great job considering how careful they have to be because Berserk means so much to so many people.
