I got a Microcontroller built in JK Flip Flop, and I can program it (from configuration scheme) to function independent from the MCU engine and without writing any C code into the MCU chip. This is made by Microchip PIC16 called Configurable Logic Cell (CLC) peripheral built inside the MCU core.

great video! though i have an issue with my own module if i connect a 12v dc charger to the module and check the voltage where the 5v rail outputs, it shows the full 12 volts instead of the expected 5 volts. is this a common issue or is my module just faulty?

On Raspberry Pi 5 this fails now with "Operation not supported" when trying to access my Synology NAS. It's because starting with Pi 5 the command defaults to a newer version of the protocol than the one the NAS can use. In case someone has the same issue, the solution was to append the command with ",vers=2.0", so the full command is: sudo mount.cifs //[IP]/[SharedFolder] /mnt/nas/ -o user=[UserName],vers=2.0
