Great job, making the build extremely simple! The remote transmitter I used to test these sketches was sending 2 codes with each button push. One code was the same for every button and one code was different. They displayed on a 2 lines in the Serial Monitor - not sure why that was happening, but using the code that always changed (which came first in the sequence) made the code in IR_One_LED work just fine. ONE PROBLEM I saw in your code in IR_One_LED was you used the pin number (not the variable "LED" that was declared in the top of the sketch) in the if () Statements. It's not a problem, but it would look "cleaner" to either remove the variable (or use the variable) to avoid confusion with the noobs.
