i rarely get a win in my day to day life, so i like competitive deck. but, since i poor, i don't like competitive deck that is on the tier list because if a deck get to tier list its mean their end is near.

If only you people actually played during 2017-2018. Colinking, linking and zone positioning were ABSURDLY relevant during that era, links are very simplified when it comes to their design nowadays

I really like that you're using one of these simple skills most people wouldn't expect, especially in these yellow button (HERO) deck times. Instead of playing a skill that is supported by a deck you're playing a deck that is supported by a skill. 😊

The monster hunter devs are on record stating that making a "open-world game" was never their intention, rather the result of making a "seamless" monster hunter game and they are unsure if people will even consider it a open-world game. That puts the devs in a good spot in my eyes as it seems as a natural occurrence rather than something they forced into the game to make it "modernized" or to jump on the open world trend. They did not compromise their vision for what they wanted the game to be and that's kind of beautiful.

When Neos Kluger / wiseman was meta, I definitely did not think to outplay anyone. I just clicked on buttons and it worked. I love Sky striker and invoked always seemed interesting to me. It's just quite expensive to get the cards from multiple different expansions.

I don't know if this counts, but you can use your opponent's monster to rank-up into a raidraptor, and that's treated as an xyz summon, so that could be an xyz with your opponent's monster

You know when i was playing my dragonmaid deck i was liek why cant i summon sattelite dragon whitout saccing my sheoul (house dragon) and then when i was searching about it it hit me, the entire reason why that extra slot existed was for link summoning and from that point on i put on manual placement in duel links (except duel links wouldn't let me for some reason until after an update) so i can have a 10k beatstick on my field if i feel like it (not that it ever gets that chance to come out, but the option is there)

I suppose the difference between something that Targets and technically not targeting is that for a Target it's the card itself pointing at a target and for others it's the player pointing to it. For example, MST targets one backrow card to destroy, while something like Stratos lets the player point to a backrow to destroy.

"Pop" is also used as a term in some other games, and not only videogames nor card games. Back when I played tabletop games with my friends irl, at least one of them, he would always use "Pop" as a term for using an expendable effect his character has. I forget what Class he would usually play, but when he used an expendable power the Class he chose gave him that has limited usage in each ingame day, he would say he "pops" said power.

Who on EARTH came up with these dumb terminologies... 😑 The ONLY terms I ever use here are mill, search (even though it wasn't mentioned here), and brick... Everything else, I just use their proper terms. "Pop" lol? Is saying "destroy" hard for players now? "Bounce"... ...JUST SAY FREAKIN' RETURN...! Ugh... lingo is dumb. 🤦‍♂️
