Hi there, I would still give them the opportunity. In my videos I went into great detail for those who want to understand the issues that can happen. I am hoping that with these details, people that use Wren (or any other provider) can LOOK for these issues as they are happening. We love our kitchen and apart from the rough finished edge issue on the panels (sides, drawers, doors, etc) which was a Wren quality control issue, the product has been reliable and durable. Wren replaced all the defective panels & doors. To answer, your question... it is the local sub-contracted installers that can vary and need to be checked. I had them come back and resolve all these issues. They properly shimmied the countertop and widened the stovetop opening. The cracked stovetop glass was also partially the fault of the main contractor for not taking the time to make sure that it fit properly. A costly mistake from being too eager to install it. So in summary, the kitchen was a success but not without issues. I WOULD use them again... knowing what I know now.

Sorry for the delay... I get this questions a lot... COREtec Plus 5” Dakota Walnut... easy to install, great wear and has a great look. I also used Sound Solution underlayment under it for more comfort... we simply love it.

Hi Tunisia, Wren came through and sent us new panels to replace the defective ones in a timely manner. So they followed through with their communication and did their best to solve the issue quickly. All manufacturers seem to have their issues. In our case, there were many that were compounded. But we are loving the look and finally enjoying our kitchen. I will be doing an update to this video series showing a positive results. Ultimately, we would buy again from Wren.

Hi Luca, we are currently working with BoConcept on a resolution. They are offering a discount on the replacements of the 6 chairs. However we do have concerns that the same issue will occur again after a few years. The main problem that I see is that the edges of the chair seat (which get the most activity) begin to crack fairly quickly with normal use. Our's started around 1.5 years. The leather square/stitched edging is not permanently flexible. That then leads to further cracks and peeling of the bonded leather, etc. If it were rounded we would have had a positive experience. We love the chairs look & feel though... its just a question of how much is it worth.
