As martial arts go, kyokushin is badass. The conditioning alone is far superior to other strike based martial arts.

I laugh at people who said karate doesn't work when clearly karate is proven to be effective at the highest level of combat and this is coming from a first degree black belt 🥋💯

But the main question is that can a KYOKUSHIN KARATEKA beat and defeat a MUAY THAI FIGHTER?

Idk if you know what k.o means, but you can't drop someone with a body shot and it be a k.o that's a tko. K.o is getting knocked out through hits to the head. Awsome combo though.

When I started training Kyokushin, I was a shodan already from another style but sensei there didn't have a say about my belt he said that will be determined in the gradings and I didn't regret getting a 7th tyu from their gradings because i was weak compared to them, this style is very strong.

As a trained martial artist ... katas and pinions won't help ... but spacial awareness does. I'll keep attackers at bay with front ball or side thrust kicks. If an attacker is already too close, I'd consider a Muay Thai clinch with knee kicks, and elbow strikes. I'll save combinations, jiu jitsu, and aikido for physical grabbing, knives, and clubs ... but the best advice is: avoid before hurt, hurt before maim, maim before kill.

This is not it. Its about exercises and stretches that you can do with full range of motion to open up your hip flexors. Especially in Kyokushin where you need to learn how to head kick in place without an instep.

Excellent technique. Kyokushin's best advantage is learning how to head kick without stepping in imo. Very dangerous kick.

This stuff won’t work because most of these mcdojos don’t teach u how to fight these days unless u train in a Dojo that teaches u how to really fight
