I remember Gabor from the old days (20 years back). He was incredibly skilled and humble. We were only second yellow belts in an international training camp and had the luck of seeing him fight for (I think) his second Dan. Three things stuck into my mind quite well: first, after his 30th fight there was no sweat on him. He was as fresh as in his first round and performed techniques with such finesse and ease that we wanted to be just like him right there right then. :-)) Second, I was recording one of his fights with my camera that recorded 30 frames per sec. On frame one his leg was on the ground, on frame two he already landed a mawashi-geri jodan on his opponent. He was as fast as lightning (and still is as I can see). Third, even though we were way below his level he always let us in front of him anywhere. No self-consciousness just humble attitude towards anyone who practiced Kyokushin. This guy is truly someone worth learning from.

Awesome to see somebody is using internal style within his karate. Regarding the gravity part, if somebody is trying to do this , push your air to your belly and then hit, your force of impact will be much heavier and then actual pain will be on the inside of your opponent arm, not outside. Also be as soft as u can and by impact tense up and directly relax again… your opponent have no way to deal with you, especially when he is tensed up
