Yes, it is better for making juice but you would need to mix it with a fruit that is juicy or use water because mountain sop is not juicy

I am really sorry but they are totally two different fruits. We have “coolie plum” and the taste is nothing like jujube. Jujube taste more like the American red apple but dry and very sweet.

This is in a place call Salisbury Maryland. When they get dried, they become like prunes. So sweet.
