Dr. Advised to use soft cervical collar. Dr. In the night I can't sleep well bcoz this pain and the cervical pillow too is not giving any relief. When sleeping on back the neck support on the pillow is good but I m a left side sleeper. I feel uncomfortable plus my left shoulder gets pressed and also my left cheek n ear gets pressed. I am a overweight lady aged 51 yrs. This nevk problem has started from August and I used to jot get sleep at all in the night for 4 to 5 days in a row. But now I get limited sleep and for this also I have to force myself to go to sleep. I try to explain to the doctor but no relief..pls help.. can I get a soft collar which I can wear only whole I go to sleep.

if you are side sleeper, use thick pillow so that minimum pressure comes on shoulder and ear.
