@@larryw5429 the 562xp is a stud for sure. The chain needed touched up. But those holzfforma saws are still flying through the hardwood like butter.

I have same problem and also the chain also loosens all the time this is the only problem I am having with the saw ,, The one thing I also noticed with your saw is that your 2 bolts for tightening the bar are longer then my bolts and you can get your second dog on,, i cant

@@nevetsnietsnedlug8115 the stud length thing sounds strange to me, I've owned two G372xp's and the G395xp with no problems. Typical cause of chain not staying tight is not lifting bar and chain when tightening bar nuts. Only other reason is probably not one you want to hear, bent crank snout where clutch fastens. Clean and lube that tensioner real good. Thanks for watching
