Still think they are on schedule for practical completion in Nov with handover in Dec like they said. Depends what’s in the contract which (probably) nobody here actually knows… I’d guess L O’R won’t leave site until into 2025 but that wouldn’t mean they’ve not completed their contract.

The riverside carpark now forms a large yellow H on the surface. Will it also be used as a helicopter landing pad? For perhaps dignitaries such as members of the Royal family, or even the King, Charlie Windsor himself, to arrive and depart? 🤣 You never know, he might turn up to the official opening ceremony. Well, you would not want two-tier Starmer or Rachel Thieves would you. Or how about to do the honours national treasure and scouser royalty Paul McCartney, or is he a Red? Or Stan Boardman or Jimmy Tarbuck?
