Thx for the video, but this is more of using Avaya Assistant with MS Teams. but unlike the title said intergrade.... at the least integrate to me means let say you have Avaya phone system, not adding Teams to it, the setup/installation.

Can i ask, why do you need to create the Team and channel? When you create the call queue could you not just choose a Group that has the users?

You could use powershell to create a call queue, not sure you would fiind this less complicated if you have come from a traditional PBX background. Best to focus on the upside of what the solution provides.!

Let's suppose we got one business building where 100 businesses are interconnected to the building's Reception team and services (speaker boxes - Announcement Station). With Avaya IP Office Server Edition, we would be able to keep all of them interconnected and also be able to create separated Voicemail Pro Administration accounts for those interested in the management of their own voicemail?

Is it possible to use the same resource account for multiple call queues? Not sure if I'm going about it the wrong way but I am needing to set up a triage so that callers can dial 1 or 2 etc for whatever department they'd like to call. Not having any luck though. Any help from anyone would be greatly appreciated! :)

You will need a separate resource group for all departments. Each department will in essence be a separate call queue. …..hence needing its own resource account.

its a 4k Sensor, however for scaling 1080p 30fps is the standard camera format the hardware captures. This is so the Camera at its widest angle of aperture, it can track everyone in the room, but when its AI zoom functionality is operating you will likely only be viewing 50-70% of the image, thus giving you a better image quality for the digital Zoom .

Update, to anyone who is stuck with the updated version of doing this. The updated license name is "Microsoft Teams Phone Resource Account". Then go to Team Admin Center > Voice > Phone Numbers > Select available phone number > click on "Change Usage" at the top > Select Voice App. Then go to Resource Accounts > Select the resource account you created > Phone Number Type = "Calling Plan" > Select the Phone number that pops up from the above step > Select an auto attendent that you created earlier. And that should work!

hopefully you are not working on a production system! I suggest you simply change the time profile to be present and test call flows accordingly. If working, simply change back.

You assign the phone number to a resource associated with the Auto-Attendant, not a call queue. Call queue will be routed to via the auto attendant via dial 1.2 etc……this is what I think you want to achieve..

does this occur all the time? Typically on outbound it means the number you are dialling is not correct. If you added fill 164 dial string does the call go through? in AU for example +614xx to call a mobile versus dialling 041xxx

Hi Kevin - I am not sure what problem you are encountering!. The virtual user licence is used to add a PSTN number to a resource account. (you have found the right one)

This video is obsolete and should be removed. If you want to add, remove, or edit the name of a speed dial group in the latest version of Teams you need to go to Chat. On the dropdown next to the word "Chat" choose "Contacts". This will list all of the speed dial groups and is editable. You see, the previous version of Teams was considered too intuitive. So Microsoft being Microsoft went on a quest to make it more obscure...and this is the result.

Hi - by call options you possibly mean you are unable to see a dial pad? Assuming this is the case it is most likely that you have not assigned a Phone System Licence, not enterprise routing enabled etc. Review docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/troubleshoot/teams-conferencing/no-dial-pad

Can you see MS Teams non-ACD users presence awareness (from MS Teams) as a Webex CC agent? This way an agent knows if a subject matter expert (on MS Teams) is available or not before they try to transfer or consult a call with them.

Hi Sabeen - this is a common problem with Teams - best bet is to update the client, quit out and come back in. If this does not work, reboot your PC.
