This System is very similar ti my Middle School with the U-MHU & U-MHT Smoke Alarms Horn Stobes only diffrence js the Pull Stations were RSG Key Reset T Bars & System Sensors Smoke Detectore but I forget what the Pannel was as the replaced the Pannel & most if the System right after I left, The only thing that remained the same when the System was replaces was the Original Horn Strobes

I just dont understand why the Gentex Commander 3’s are Dubed as “LOUD” when there not really that Loud?

Sounds better than the advance which just sounds like garbled mess.

these fire alarm are very loud they scared my mom with those at her old school

IDK why the L-Series isn't as loud as the Advance

Just out of curiosity... since you're a fire alarm tester, what type of earplugs do you use? I have sensory issues with noise, and just want to know a brand that could help me. Love the video btw

Cool Siemens system! Sounds like Siemens U-MHU-MCS Horn Strobes and U-MHT-MCS Smoke Alarm sounder Horn Strobes. The candela on these horn strobes is not very noticeable so it's hard to tell whether it's on 15 (15/75), 30 (30/75), 75 or 110CD. I am wondering why the schools in your area look almost the same

Gentex is one of my all time favorite brands in terms of functionality and ease of installation. I think they have the best mounting bracket system compared to other brands, even if other brands have better appliances overall.

That's a 9840 not 9845. It's black plated and 9845s don't have black plates thus making this a 9840.

What kind of battery do they use on those detectors where you can't replace the battery?

That had to of been insanely loud
