Summer fire alarm inspection at a school.

Question a local high school by my house has a simplex system true alerts inside and outside spectralert advance i thought only wheelock was compatible can you explain thanks vinnie

@@vinnieversaci452 You can hook advances up to Simplex panel, you just won’t have system sensor sync.

This System is very similar ti my Middle School with the U-MHU & U-MHT Smoke Alarms Horn Stobes only diffrence js the Pull Stations were RSG Key Reset T Bars & System Sensors Smoke Detectore but I forget what the Pannel was as the replaced the Pannel & most if the System right after I left, The only thing that remained the same when the System was replaces was the Original Horn Strobes

Cool Siemens system! Sounds like Siemens U-MHU-MCS Horn Strobes and U-MHT-MCS Smoke Alarm sounder Horn Strobes. The candela on these horn strobes is not very noticeable so it's hard to tell whether it's on 15 (15/75), 30 (30/75), 75 or 110CD. I am wondering why the schools in your area look almost the same

Because they were all built within 5 years of each other and they were designed and constructed by the same architect and construction company.

definitely for next time, use a screw driver that has an allen key.wrench in it, cause i see it was a struggle resetting that pull station
