The new seat belt chime sounds like some video game when you collect coins or something 😂 Does the goodbye chime play immediately after the shutdown chime? Or it only plays when you open the door? It differs between models.

if you leave the car without changing the shift, will the car lock automatically and shift to the P? If so, you never need to shift when you want to get out of the car which is amazing in my opinion.

Yes, a lot of cars shift into park when you open the door with seatbelt off nowadays
