Thank you Amber. I listened to your entire video and felt encouraged. It is a big change. I have been on for 2 weeks and am not on an app or meetings. 20 years ago I weighed 300 pounds. I went o 4 meetings and learned what to do. I was able to loose 100 pounds in a year. I am 72 years old now and have been diagnosed with a heart problem and pre-diabetes. I weigh 184 and my desire is to loose 24 pounds. So far I have lost 3 pounds in 2 weeks. I am using the old tracking device I had 20 years ago. I also went into the sight and saw how many points I need. It said 23 points and so I have been doing ok. You were encouraging and realistic about this being a lifestyle and long term. I'm grateful I found you today. The Lord bless you and your family.

I lost 23 pounds on WW and definitely try jello sugar free or jello pudding mix sugar free. Sugar free jello mix is 0 points and pudding mix is 1 point for 1/4 cup and 2 points for 1/2 cup

I am a little lost. Just signed up for WW today.. I'm old-school Weight Watchers and am used to the number of waters, number of servings of fruit/vegetables, protiens...etc. I can't find any of this information in the app or on-line. Not sure where to start.

Enjoying your videos on WW, & just weight loss in general. You obviously have "been there, done that", & your common sense approach is appreciated! My question is "zero point" foods...it just seems like you could really pack on some weight if you saw them as a green light! Would like to hear your thoughts. I apologize if you've already addressed this issue.

I wholeheartedly agree that spouses or SO should not be your accountability partner. Years ago, my husband took on the role of the food police. It really did a lot of damage to our relationship and also my relationship with food. At the start of my most recent journey with WW in November 2019 (down 55 lbs and counting!), I didn't even tell him that I rejoined ww until I was down around 10 or 15 lbs. Also, he's not even in my WHY statement. My WHY is for ME because I am worth it! I just now found your channel, Amber and I'm so glad!!

Young lady, with tears on my eyes I have to say ty, because everything you said, sounds what I've done in the past. Yo-yo dieting, Oreo cookies here, not doing good on my diet, I thought I was the only one that did this. After listening to your video, I realize I'm not alone and I thank you for this video. I dont eat breakfast. I eat about 11. I usually hace 3 or 4 poached eggs on sara lee 35 cal. Bread. And 8 oz. Of ground turkey breast. And salad and a p 8:10 protein shake i am full til. 11 the next morning. Seems like you eat awfully often. And some weird stuff in between lunch and dinner

I just signed up too on Tuesday ! But I had signed up a few months ago, lost 15lbs within a month and a half. And then cancelled it- just because I thought I could track macros in my head…nope- gained it all back already and now I realize this is has to be a lifestyle!

I am struggling with a sweet tooth, but WW is making me more aware of how many sweets add up quickly. I have to not even start with eating sweet treats or I binge. What is a good low point alternative to Peanut Butter? Protein seems to help my run away appetite. But PB has lots of points. Thanks for your guidance.
