I give you huge props for letting us all know that you will try to be back. It kind of bugs me when a channel I subscribe to just up and disappears. I don't feel an explanation is owed by them but maybe a " hey, I'm taking a break from filming, and I don't know when or even if I'll be back. At least that way subscribers don't worry something awful has happened. So I really appreciate you letting us know you're going to try a video a week. But the last thing your subscribers want is for you to feel pressure to put out videos. Take care of yourself. Hopefully the weight of depression will soon lift. It's such a horrible beast to carry. You are such a sweet person and you make me laugh with your sense of humor. We'll all be here when you can come back. Until then maybe we can all rewatch your old videos and leave comments so your channel will still get views while you're tackling your depression. Amber most days I don’t log anything instead. I’ve always been a mental logger, I log in my head as I go that works best for me. The apps tend to drive me crazy! I came across you one day because of your Weight Watchers posts, and it’s funny because I don’t do the current plan. I do the 123 success! But you still give great ideas. And you are lovely to follow. Brush off the haters most of the time it’s because they don’t have the same courage to do what it takes to get their own channel started. It takes a lot physically and mentally, and they probably wouldn’t be able to handle what they dish out! Keep being you, we like you, and thank you for putting yourself out there to help others!

You have so many followers because people love you! You are creative with your food, give great ideas, are funny and real. Because of you I have been having easier time doing weight watchers. You take your time. I look back on my life and I was depressed in high school, in my twenties and then again when I worked at a Naval base where I didn’t like contributing to weapons, Defense and the many toxic people there, the political culture. Also when I was a caregiver. Found out I had hypothyroidism I don’t know when that started. I would go to exercise class and still feel down, my hair had a different texture and I felt pudgy. Got on meds and felt better. So I know. Take care of yourself and get outside for a little bit.

I fortunately have never suffered with major depression or clinical depression but I've had enough to know that when we need to try the hardest is when we don't feel like trying at all. We all care about you. Depression is real and so many people suffer in silence. I have struggled with depression throughout my life. It sometimes comes out of Nowhere. Believe it or not knowing I’m not alone helps me. I try to stay busy with my 9 grandkids and a full time real estate career but there are times I isolate from the world. Lots of hugs. ❤️
