I love watching your videos. You have a beautiful family that reminds me of my family when I was a child (I'm 62 yo now, white, Welsh ). We didn't have a lot growing up, my two sisters and I, but we knew we were loved and we had parents who loved showing us our world and how to move through it with love, respect and relish - to enjoy life and all it had to offer, to explore each new day as best we could. It might only be a short bus ride to the beach or to some historical ruin, but they made it magical. Thanks for sharing these videos. I love the heart in them. Bless you all xx

What's up with the really flat grey grading on this video?
@CatCat-v5g
@CatCat-v5g 4 сағат бұрын
@boblebob I actually quite like the grading in this one, even if unintentional. It's giving me 60's/70's cinefilm home-movie vibes, when summer's seemed to last forever, everyday revolved around family, & we didn't have a care in the world.

Love watching your videos, your a fantastic Dad and have a wonderful family. It’s great seeing you so chilled out and the happiness within you family. Don’t know if you’re permanently going to stay in the UK but I bet you’ll miss so much of it if you move back to the states especially the safety and tranquility of living here.

What Mac said about how long the days are, still bright sunshine at that time in the evening - it's because the whole of England is further north than the entire lower 48! Yep - believe it or not; the most northerly point in the contiguous states is The Angle (I believe in Michigan) which is just a fraction of a degree north of the 49th Parallel; but the most southerly point in Britain is Start Point, on the coast of Devon - and that is further north still! If you take off from the East Midlands Airport and fly due west, your landfall will be over Canada; if you take off from Inverness Airport, in Scotland you'll fly over Canada - and then end up over southern Alaska! So why don't we have winters as they do in Canada? Because the whole of Britain is warmed by the Gulf Stream - and because wherever you go in Britain, you'll never be more than 70 miles from the sea.

And there's a whole gap of Wales in the middle. Many use mid Wales as the place they have to get they to enjoy Pembrokeshire or North Wales. STOP! We still have castles, the welsh lake district (Elan Valley) and sheep 😅.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay . Wales is very family friendly . One thing noone has mentioned . Supervised children are allowed into public houses where alcohol is served. Adults do not have to drink alcohol as there are soft drinks available . Pub food is great here and children are catered for . Outside seating is often available. This is in Wales . Children (under 18) are not allowed in Pubs at all in England . Any young person 18 or over may be asked for ID to purchase and consume alcohol. 18 is legal drinking age in the whole of the UK.

Great vid with spot on advice. A lot of what you want to see needs you to take the small roads and often to get on your feet too. Wales is a hidden gem of the UK and often gets overlooked. Pembrokeshire coast national park is brimming with perfect beaches.

You hit the nail on the head there buddy about it being a slow laid back environment. We're more about the nature than the crazy man made modern society. Anglesey is even more laid back and wonderful.

If you come again, come to my corner of wales, its the unesco pontcysyllte aqueduct world heritage site. There's loads to see. The aqueduct and canal which is the highest in Europe, chirk Castle, the double viaduct and aqueduct in chirk,the riverside town of Llangollen, Castle Dinas bran also in Llangollen. Its stunningly beautiful any time of year.
