New guided trail ride?

All that good scrap iron just left there to rust. Someone should have to pay to have it removed. You can't just start a junk yard wherever you want.

Aptly named trail! Even with 30 inch tires,those rocks were sketchy.

After analyzing the situation... Moving rocks into part of the deep pool, then driving onto them would have got you over that concrete edge. Tho I'm not sure how many rocks were easily movable.
@OffRoadConsulting23 күн бұрын
That would have been a lot of rocks

How come you used that configuration? I guess it was the winch class. I’m not sure of the advantage of the last leg from the snatch block on your jeep to the anchor / redirect rigging.
@OffRoadConsulting23 күн бұрын
It is beneficial for many reasons. It helps change the anchor ability of the winching vehicle, It takes 50% of the load off the winching vehicle, And it changes the direction on a narrow path to put the dead vehicle where you want it. It changes your angles and distributes the load to make the scenario easier.

This is what makes it so much fun. Why did you buy a jeep if you'd rather sit at home? You sound like a miserable person to go offroading with.
@wg5768Ай бұрын
Talk about a terrible trail! Do your 30 inch tires put a strain on the HD7'S single cylinder motor? How about the clutch?
@OffRoadConsultingАй бұрын
It does t seem to. My parents machine is a hd9 and this has more pep to it.
