I wouldn’t say they are just civilians Tarkov was evacuated and so all that were left basicly stayed by choice They try to loot and steal from their neighbors to enrich themselves They are also no civilians anymore the moment they pick up a weapon and fight an ununiformed fight according to the Geneva convention They become combatants

Could also mention kill thresholds, like thorax or head hp. The last bullet, SSA AP may have issues one shotting scavs to the head as they can have 40 HP.

I would feel some pity for the scavs but then i remembered i got 1 tapped from one when i had a lot of good loot on me

This low pen ammo mainly is for leg meta(better works for smg duo high rate of fire) but sure better use high pen ammo
