does 1 flare work if you have a friend playing with you or do you need a flare for each member? I assume 1 would work for a squad but i wanna make sure

One flare for your squad. If you make friends with a random pmc in the raid they need their own

Its not working. I used it many times. Now its like the flare is a dud. Can not get out there anymore.
