On this you don't need adjustable turnbuckles, it works great as is, but if you want you can always buy turnbuckle set on the side. I don't have the RD2.0 so can't compare, they are both great cars. I can highly recommend the RDX though 😁👍

Der Heckbereich mit quermaserungsbeplankung ist eine einzige fehlkonstruktion. Als ob der Hersteller das Modell gezielt labil konstruiert hat. Als Modellbauer sollte man da reagieren.

Alcohol to remove grease in the bearing, the bearings are given 2 drops of bearing oil before install

The length is not a set value, you have to adjust it til the geometry is correct.

Could you briefly explain the reasoning behind this mod? Was the primary goal to shorten to servo arm so you can use 100% EPA? How does the mod improve the steering for you? Thanks!

Yes, I always strive to have the full geometric resolution of the servo at my disposal I find the car more locked in that way.

Oh wow, this is exactly what I have been looking for to get back in the sport, a real build and not just glass and foam! Slightly concerned that the instructions are in German, but perhaps that adds to the challenge?!

Thank you for great impressions from flying your XCub. Looks really good. Thats Bushplane feeling. Is this the original landing gear frame from Hangar 9/Horizonhobby without oracover and is the frame strong enough for the big 30cm dia tundra wheels. Have you installed the original suspension installed or modified? Thank you in advance. Have a nice (long?) weekend and stay healthy. Regards from baltic shore.

Thanks, yes it's the original H9 gear stripped and painted. The gear is plenty strong enough. I have found that the included springs are too bouncy and real bungee material is the best. You have to test and try for your own liking.

I LOVE my Utlra Stik I ABSOLUTELY HATE GASSERS the BME is coming off ... and a YS 140 is going on it in the morning! I didnt know if it would pull it around OBVIOUSLY it does! NITRO FOREVER! BEAUTIFUL!

Most rc planes are way overpowered and it's nice to see once in a while a decent powered model 👍
