Dhanyawad 🙏 agar aap 2:4 ratio ke hisab se inhale exhale karte hn toh bht acha hai, warna aap apne anukool bhi kar skte hn, kuch dino ke abhyas ke पश्चात आप श्वास प्रॉपर लेने लग जाएंगे, कृपया चैनल को सब्सक्राइब कर दीजिए 🙏

@@koomarabhishek5385 2:4 का मतलब, 2 सेकंड का inhale toh 4 सेकंड्स का exhale, यानि inhale में जितना समय लगे, उससे दुगुना exhale मे लगाना चाहिए, आप मेरा 15 मिनट का निर्देशित प्राणायाम अभ्यास का वीडियो भी देख सकते हैं, उम्मीद है आपके प्रश्न का उत्तर मिल गया होगा 🙏
