Good tip about a nice option but even better, use the isobutane or butane canisters they were designed for - they can actually be reused or recycled too. The Backpacker Thermacell sips fuel and at a gram or two per day, runs for over a week on the smallest one. If you like adapters, there's one that lets you refill isobutane canisters. Runs incredibly cheap and you're not throwing out the pounder tanks on a regular basis. While pounders are possible to refill, it's a bad idea as they aren't designed for it, they're easy to overfill, and it's actually illegal to do so in many places, like Canada.

Tried that, didn't seem to reset. My frig, light stays on, the pulsating alarm continues with pulses, any other recommendations?

This place is a dump, should be illegal to keep big animals in such small enclosures. Every animal was pacing the one and only time i was there.

I was stationed on this cutter from 1994 to 1997. I was an SN and on deck force, which allowed me to be a Helmsman and Lookout and then become a Master Helmsman and Boatswain's Mate of the Watch. Interesting to see this as a Museum piece. I retired in 2016 after 22 years as an HSC.

What would have cost Blackstone to add that other hinge? Blackstone will add holes for the feet to drop into when that hot grill slides off that table and burns a child. I don't know why the griddle has to be lock down. The heavy metal one do not !

Been looking for something like this for emergencies that I can use indoors and wanted to see some reviews. I live in an area with a lot of woods around so when stuff like the incoming hurricane Helene runs through my state (not common since I'm one state above Florida) with high winds...things can go bad and I can't do anything food wise for a couple hours to a couple days. Having the option for propane during the winter is good too cause if I lose power during winter butane may not work if it's too cold outside and I can't heat my house.
@tomm9493Ай бұрын
I just set two sensors up today in prep. for hurricane Helena. Works great. The tanks are outside on the other side of my house and sitting here in the livingroom using the app I can see the propane level percentage. Cool.

Came back to the RV after being out to find that we had been hit by power surge. Replaced the surge protector and everything worked except power to the fridge. Found this video, hit the reset switch and PRESTO!, the control panel lit up and the fridge was working again. THANKS for the info!

Lake Michigan, as most lakes, water temperature will "turn over" in spring and fall. The warm water sinks and the bottom cold water raises in the fall. Its a Natural Event.

I have a question about the silicone sealant that goes around the outside edge of the access frame on the back of the refrigerator. I don't know if at one time the previous owners didn't have a drain tube installed but on the bottom of the frame on the back access panel there are like three open areas that don't have sealant on them and you can see where it has some streaks of drainage going on. It is still open to the smaller bugs and insects and there is a flexible tube drain now installed. I just wondered if I shouldn't take some silicone and finish sealing up that bottom area of the frame? Also - I was having a problem with a water leak coming in my MaxAir exhaust fan in my bathroom that sits pretty close to the refrigerator. Turns out I had a bad refrigerator roof vent and had to take it to Camping World for replacement. When I got it back home and set up to check out my new and improved refrigerator roof vent I let the refrigerator cool down quite a bit or at least run and when I went out to check on it it hadn't cooled down much in the refrigerator compartment but it was pretty normal in the freezer compartment. Let it run a little bit more and I went out and opened the door to my camper I was met with a blast of hot air like the furnace had been left on but was not. Long question but I'm wondering if Camping World got the wrong refrigerator roof vent or some problem with the replacement process plugging up the flu? This was very unlike my refrigerator with the previous refrigerator roof vent. The heat didn't seem to be escaping the refrigerator compartment and was actually transferring heat into the walls and ceiling of my camper not to mention the roof was getting hot and tacky. I guess I'm glad I didn't try it on LP mode. 🔥 Thank you for the very informative videos as I am doing my best to stay away from Camping World in my maintenance and repairs.

We just spent two nights there. We’ve stayed at MANY KOAs. This is one of the best managed KOAs. There are many rules, but not so much as to hinder your enjoyment. That’s a definite plus in my opinion. If I had to find a negative, and dig for it, it would be …nope, can’t think of one.

🔳We bought ours at Wal-Mart and the grease cup liners weren't available yet. Our ignitor was bad and has been replaced by Blackstone but we agree that a hole to insert a long lighter would be a huge improvement and cost almost nothing. We agree that it needs a second hinge. We also wish that the lid had a smooth finish - the textured paint looks nice but is hard to clean and the inside bottom of the lid does get spattered. On the good side, it is easy to carry and fits well either in the back of our Wrangler toad or in the storage compartment of our camper. We prefer the griddle to a grill for everything except steak. It is hard to describe how slick the finish on the aluminum grill plate is - we'll never go back to the rolled steel plate!

Great upgrades guys! We have done several of these upgrades! I have to wonder can you put that electric valve opener on the grey tank too? We seem to fill the grey tank way faster, especially with our tankless water heater.
@TheNorthwoodsRVLife2 ай бұрын
You can yes, but have to adapt the pipe size as it only comes in a 3". But it does include the faceplate for the switch that says grey tank.
