I made gauva cheese everything turned out very well but it has still not dried, nearly 4 days now. Earlier when I made it dried in a day Or two.will it dry.

No if it's more than four days not yet dried then it's wasted .it won't now .u removed lit but in hurry .I wished u stirred a lot more

Thank you so much for the great explanation. I followed what you said and the video was on throughout when i was making it and it was a hit. Very very soft and yum. I used to get hard fugais but your explanation was spot on. People who say you talk alot dont understand thatbyou are actually explaining which others dont.

Mam u need to cook very well once it gets Dru up does not stick to your hand then only it will form .cook again for some more time cool it and then try .timing if cooking and understanding is very important

How long does it take for the marzipan to dry after taking it out of the vessel?

Depends on your cooking it you take out too early seeing that it is forming a soft ball but a sticky one Then even if u remove it it will be sticky till the next day in this condition u will hv to put again in your chaty n again cook for some time and if you see the dough is properly cooked and formed a proper ball a slight hard and inside soft . And u remove it outside within 10 min u will see it is getting dry but still it is hot .in this condition u need to keep on removing with the help of spoon or spatula to get it dry as soon n then properly knead a dough n colour it and cover it with a cling wrap and then u can go with ur design even after two three days also if u keep it properly cover in air tight container or any vesel with lid

It will be light cream in slight light brown in colour doesnot matter .Not always it turns milky white .

I followed the recipe but towards the end the batter dint leave the pan so I continued keeping it on heat and stirring until the sugar crystallised and on cooling it turned hard like crystals. What could be the reason for it to not leave the sides? What can I do with the hard crystal of this batter?

Firstly if u put lime juice properly your sugar will never crystallized. And u need to dissolve the sugar along with the guava batter and then u need to stir it .lastly everything u hv to continue stir till it becomes thick and stars to leave your pan add lit butter or ghee n do water testing if it forms a ball then only remove it .And most importantly continuous stirring till u see the sides as well as down pan also your batter leaves

U need to stir it properly and see the consistency .it's very tricky . Now if it's not set even if u keep on the gas in a kadai it won't set again . Before removing from the gas u need to do water test if a soft medium balls forms then only u hv to remove it .otherwise cook till it releases from each n every side of the pan even from the middle

@@MdMubeen-s6o if u stir properly and set on the bas or thali or tin .Withing half n hour u will come to know it's properly set .just check with your fingers by touching it is become hard from outside n juicy soft from inside . Remove it cut into desired shape and keep for dying n then air tight container .So important is timing of stiring n removing at the exact tym .

Madame, you have explained the cordial recipe very well, would like to know the quantity of coconut in gms. Coconuts are big n small, you said to take one coconut I think that is not correct plz give the qty in gms.

Frankly I never made cup wise I made grms wise .so mam requesting u to follow the same measurement with your cups so u will get an idea how much cup milk is der sugar or cashew .As we make for orders in bulk so cups cannot be an easier way

Only cashew if u want some other nuts there colour will be seen pistachio green walnut brown so on rest is fully your choice .cashew gives a binding to the batter so it's added

Lovely recipe . Im a sweet maker myself BUT, i seem to hv a problem with d cordial. Its always soft or some issue so i gave up in it . Even this year i tried n its not set hard. I know for sure its d sugar ratio. So this year rather tmrw ill give ur recipe a try n see the results. Iv mastered every recipe , even the most difficult like a macaron, but this one strangely has troubled me like forever. So thank you for posting. I shall revert on what happens. Cheers from Mumbai ❤
