Bros. Too much thinking. Too much opinions. I am blessed by my marijuana. I am happy and at peace and marijuana is a great gift from “god” for those who have made it. Those who talk against it are caught up in this world. “Personality, ambition” etc. what about it? You are confused by your tiny thoughts of nothingness. I am blessed to realise this life is pure bliss and joy and marijuana is my gift. Thank you almighty universe for the gift 😂😅🎉

Currently sitting at my grandparents, my girlfriend kicked me out in front of our daughter about 2 or 3 hours ago. Addictions feel so good, and are always easily justified. But now I'm miserable, and it's too late to change what happened. So my advice to anybody struggling, please make the change you need to make. You'll only hurt yourself if you don't.

My mother has taken lexapro. Enter about 2007, she was getting off of Lexapro and she had hell with that. Over the course of 20 plus years my mother is taking wellbutrin, prozac, affects her, paxville, she was diagnosed with sleep apnea so long before she died and I discovered right after she died she was taking medications that she should have not been taking such as Seroquel and depakote. She took ambient off and on since 1998 I'm using speak text misspelled words not ambient Ambien. About somewhere between 1990 and 1992 we were headed to Missouri to visit her boyfriend's parents and she had him drop her off at the levee Hospital in Hot Springs Arkansas so she admitted herself to the sock unit or the mental institution. Psych unit or psychiatric unit or Levi Hospital. I visited my biological father at that hospital two different times like in 1997 and then enter about 2001 because I took him a pack of cigarettes in 2001 and it wasn't long after I turned 18 and he called and requested such.

My brain is always going, because of OCD/anxiety with depression. Ive had OCD subtypes for almost 30 years. I’m still working with my psychiatrist, who’s tried me on many different antidepressants. I just started a new med, he learned is supposed to help OCD and depression. I need to catch your podcasts.

I totally agree with the previous comment. But not only is she kind, brilliant and inspiring, Dr. Dobroshi has been providing exceptional care for my now 11-year-old. I am deeply grateful for her attentive, focused approach, as well as her flexibility in listening to and addressing parents' concerns. Her extensive knowledge and experience are evident in every interaction. Every visit with her has been a positive and reassuring experience. I consider myself fortunate to have found Dr. Dobroshi. Thanks!

I used to like coffee a lot. Not only for the energy, the taste and the smell. I used to grind the grains myself. Inlive that smell. Then I was diagnosed with epilepsy as an adult and realized that when I drank coffee I would get some focal seizures sometimes. So I stopped. I only drink decaf or black tea that has a lot less caffeine. I still need to find good green tea because the ones I've tried so far upset my stomach. It's not easy to find in my country. So just as an advice for people in general if you feel weird after having caffeine, like a deja vu or any kind of weird feeling, check with your doctor.

My Daughter is sixteen and I've made a lot of mistakes with her. I know no one is perfect but when she started having mental health problems it lit a fire under my butt because I hate to see my children suffer. So I started watching a lot of helpful podcasts and reading on mental health. In the mean time I'm in school taking nursing and learning a lot too. I'm trying to be healthier by exercising and especially with my diet and trying to implement these changes with my kids as well. It's so hard when you don't start all of these things from the beginning of raising them. The doctor put her on sertraline as well, said all the teens these days are on it. I really Did not want her to be on anything like that.Because as a child I seen my mother on that stuff all the time and it didn't seem to help. But very worried About the place she was in and her mental health I agreed. 2 years later and lots of changes, my daughter lost 60 lbs, and her mental health is so much better. She is off her meds and thriving. She has a job at Walmart and getting her license soon. It's a lot of work but so worth it. Education is key! Right now she's stuck on wanting a boyfriend and doesnt understand why all her friends have one and she doesn't. She was crying about it last night. She said , I don't understand i lost a lot of weight and it still doesn't make a difference. She is beautiful and I told her it will happen when its meant to be. Some things I feel like I just don't have the answers for. But other than that things seem great.❤

Yeah I disagree with some of this. I’ve been a functioning human being with ADHD my entire life, and I can tell you that if I didn’t follow the specific protocol that I have found works for me, some of which you say don’t do, then I would be hooked on some sort of medication and have panic attacks every day. Everyone has to decide for themselves what works for them. Don’t just take everyone’s advice.

Excellent points…I would add feed them healthy food / no ultra processed food. I think the points you raise are challenging to execute but are within your control as parent. Though we have succeeded about 95% of the time we have found the marketing, convenience, prevalence and cost of UPFs a real challenge - especially when they go to school. Hopefully the UK government will act in my lifetime.

If you live in Washington state, it's marijauna. You can face ten years if you smoked a day before and get into a car crash, whether it's your fault or not. It's the only reason they legalized it.

You get vitamin D3 free from the sun. Next best is to get it from food. If you take a D3 supplement be sure to take the correct proportion of K2 with it so it can take the calcium out of your blood and put it in your bones and teeth where it belongs. The m7 version of k2 is more bioavailable. (20,000 IUs of Live Consciousness D3/k2 helped stop my son’s night sweats!)

Is the SPECT radiation safe?
@AmenClinic11 сағат бұрын
Since a SPECT scan is a nuclear medicine procedure, it requires the injection of a very small amount of a radioisotope through a small needle into a vein in the arm. The IV is only inserted for about 10 minutes, and numbing cream is available. The medicine we inject is not an iodine-based dye; therefore, people typically do not have allergic responses to it. The average radiation exposure for one SPECT scan is 0.7 rem. This exposure is similar to the amount from a nuclear bone scan or CT scan-both of which are routinely ordered for many common medical conditions (i.e. bone fractures or head trauma).
@mourningwarbler7 сағат бұрын
@@AmenClinic Our daughter has had probably a thousand x-rays worth of CT scans. Every hospital seems intent on destroying people's biomes. They, against my wishes, treated her for febrile convulsions (even though she is brain injured, and I explained she had no elevated temperature prior to the seizures); but they send her home with antibiotics AND anti-seizure medications, most recently the one from South Korea approved by our corrupt FDA in 2019 or so; they don't use it in SK, and apparently the testing wasn't even more than 8 weeks on three hundred something people who had been on seizure medication for an average of 24 years. Just as safe as a covid shot or a swine flu shot or even a flu shot such as put our young man friend in a fight for his life. Wish they had just scraped her up off the asphalt and brought her home; she'd be in better shape. She had a reaction to a tetanus shot years ago; but the first thing they did was give her a tetanus shot incase she would get tetanus from the asphalt. It's been a nightmare and continues. How can a brain heal with all these toxins??????????????????????????
