@AmenClinic and @TanaAmen_BSN_RN would you be open to doing a scan of a teenage girl who has continued to struggle from trauma & some unresolved diagnoses? While she's not famous, perhaps she represents others who get missed in the systems and you helping her and her family would model to many the much needed new direction of hope and healing. Thank you for your reply. We find there are more services for boys, young men, those with chemical addictions, etc but not for developing teenage girls. Perhaps you can bring about the much needed change that treatment centers have missed. 🙏🏼

I cant wait for all the new learning ahead with your new podcast! I have been busy working daily on Brightminds since The End of Mental Illness came out. I got that to try and help a loved one and it ended up changing MY life! SO many details. Brain Warrior Way cookbook is amazing! Chloe finishing college? Wow!! Love hearing your nieces are thriving as well and so many more great things happening! I just finished Day 4 of new 30 Day challenge. I signed up for it, although i thankfully dont live eith daily pain, but lo and behold, the very first day on doom loop hit me like ton bricks! Thank you both for all your help!

I’m really happy to hear this, this morning. Thanks so much! I love the part about intentionality and scripting. Also would love to hear more about hyperbaric oxygen and specificity's of that. I had two concussions in a row a few years ago, including a big fall.

Thank you for a beautiful podcast! I went through 2 miscarriages this year and doing IVF right now. Dr. Amen’s books “Change Your Brain Everyday” and “Make it Fast and Make it Last” helped me get out of the dark and painful place. Thank you for inspiring and motivating me to not give up on my dream of being a mother!❤

Great info and glad you are doing podcasts again! What you guys do works! My brain and my life are proof of that, and I like that you are focused on things people can do everyday, and that you share from your own lives as well, because it makes it more relatable for people.

I find it interesting how much you both speak the word 'war'??? I feel I am a brain health crusader much more than a 'warrior'. Gentleness in learning how your career is more about teaching ways of healing the brain is helpful as I share your work with others. It is to give hope to an individual and 'empowerment' into their own journey in Self Healing Care. TY for your work.

I got diagnosed with OCD when I failed my 6th standard. And from then till now I'm on medications. I'm 34 years old from Mumbai. I want to know can I get rid of my ocd completely by stopping medications? Also I've gained a lot of weight after medications which had impacted my health and confidence. If you could make a video related to this topic it would be of great help. Thanks. God bless😊
