There are many variations, but here is one I think is easiest and still has fresh ingredients. 7 to 10 dried chili’s(new mexico, or Guajillo are nice, but you can use any). 6 roasted red peppers(you can use jarred) 2 tbsp tomato paste Garlic cloves - minimum 4, I use 8 Juice of one large lemon Olive oil, add as needed to get consistency you like. For spices 2 tbsp each of coriander, cumin toasted and ground 1 tbsp caraway seeds, toasted and ground(you can buy already ground, but it is better to process your own, if using ground reduce to 1 tsp) 1 tsp hot smoked paprika Pinch of cayenne Salt, 2 tsp or to taste. In warm water place the chillies to soften, then mix all ingredients together, adding olive oil slowly till it is how you like it. That’s it! You can buy this jarred, but fresh is best. If you want an even easier version. 1/2 cup olive oil 1 adobe chilli(canned) 2 tbsp ground cumin 1 tbsp smoked paprika 1 tbsp chilli powder 8 garlic cloves 1 tsp vinegar(apple cider or white wine) 1-2 tsp salt 1 tsp cayenne 1 tbsp tomato paste. Mix in blender. Not authentic but still tasty. I freeze my Harrisa in small containers. Thanks for watching. ❤️

Love it.... I think you should improve title, Add end Screen and add more ranking tags (According to your Content) on video tag section.Also need to use eye-catchy thumbnail.Then your videos can easily reach out to your lovely audience...Your dedication and video concept for your channel are truly impressive. you're doing quite well.However, your content is not reaching the desired number of viewers....I believe that by doing so, all your needs will be met..,.And all the best for your journey on youtube......

I watched your KZbin channel Dinners in Canada .Very nice videos on your channel, I have watched all your uploaded videos and noticed all the videos are nice. But there is a small problem. Your video uploads have to do some work like (SEO) and help in getting future video views. You are working so hard just to get views, now if the views don't come then your hard work is useless. All video SEO does, you will see that your video views will come. I can help if you want. Thank you, have a nice day

Hey chum! Another great idea for dinner! Quick question, could you substitute chicken or beef? And one more, there were 3 fats in the dish (oil, lard and butter) what happens if I wanted to leave some of that out, would it still turn out okay?
@DinnersinCanadaAC8 ай бұрын
This dish is traditionally made with Pork Jowl, and requires quite a high fat content. To be honest I’ve completely butchered the original recipe haha. If you used beef or chicken It would be a completely different dish so I would not recommend. It’s not supposed to be made with Bacon either, as the smoke flavour overwhelms the pork flavour but I like it like this. Another option would be pancetta, but you don’t want a brined, or uncured pork. Yes you can get rid of the butter and oil. And you can just make it up as you go along as well haha! This is just how i like it I think it’s delish. Just keep a form of cured pork with high fat content in the dish, fresh tomato and cook the pasta in the same pot and you are good to go. Simple is best!

Your content is stunning and attractive. You have 205 subscribers and 27 videos but views are too poor. Because you don't optimize video SEO that helps to bring subscribers and more views through the search result. Your video tags and channel tags are too short. it has no End screens. The description has no keyword or meta description, and your Thumbnail is High-Res Thumbnail, etc. It would be best if you did these to be a successful KZbinr.

Was wondering about the adobo chili paste thingy. Do you buy that in bulk or does it come serving sized?
@DinnersinCanadaAC Жыл бұрын
Hey, you can get it from most grocery stores. Just look for the Mexican section and it will come in a small can or jar. Usually its labelled chipotle in adobo sauce but there are other kinds. Very spicy but super tasty. I tend to only use 1/3 of the can when I open one so freeze the rest in two portions. They will have it at metro, loblows , walmart etc. not sure about no frills but probably there also. Thanks for watching! ❤️
