Lock will not lock

But then, if someone wanted to "pick" the lock, all they have to do is set it to 000, flip the switch, and then make up their own combination? Just curious before I purchase this...

I need to know how to unlock mine. Don’t have the combination. I tried to set a combination, but it didn’t take. Now it’s locked and so what do I do?

I have same problem Renee L wrote about.. I set my own combination and turned it around to lock it and somehow it is locked but the hook is not in the hole.

How do you CHANGE the combination to a new one??

I’ve got this lock and use it at the gym. The other day I pulled it out of my gym bag and it was open but pushed in the down position. I tried to set it back to 000 because my regular combo isn’t working. I just want to be able to push it back in and lock it but the “hook” is stuck in the closed position, but out of hole. Any tips?
