Check out SPIRA Guitars - similar price point, but better IMO.

These amps sound great, but they do not sound like a Vox at all! This kind of sounds like a modded tweed in the gain channel and a blackface-ish in the clean channel. What do you think hearing it in the room??

A best guess recollection of a guitar that Page once BORROWED, and was later stolen and lost to time? How much for that once again?

this seems to be such a sweetspot of different things I've been looking for V, 7 string, hardtail, affordable, only thing I would change is the matte black for something more visually interesting but that could be a cool project. This will be on my list for sure.

I removed the ceramic pickups and complete harness on my 31. Installed Alnico 5 pups and Usa parts. One volume, 2 tone pots, one for bridge only, and Gotoh Locking Staggered Tuners.😊from best budget to pro quality guitar for very little money. I wind my pickups.

I had to admit to myself I wasn't realistically going to be playing a Hello Kitty strat instead of my regular guitars, not because it's hello kitty (that's more reason to play it), but because it's single Humbucker and not as nice as my more expensive guitars, so couldn't justify the money. But one of my nice guitars will now be travelling to gigs in a pink HK gig bag! (so I hope it's not 3/4 size as you suggested @3:50 - no websites seem to suggest so!)

My own observations. These overwound P-90's with the really resonant body can make the tone almost a little too blown out and trebly when the volume knob is all the way open. It's like there's a lot of harmonic frequencies going on... I feel like the secret sauce tonally on these Revstar Pros is to back off it just slightly and have the volume at 7 - 8. There is much more tone-shaping with the volume knob on this guitar then a lot of my other guitars.

Was there a difference in the tone ? Greeny mibbee a wee bit brighter? That's a custom shop number ? Not worth the extra dosh .

Both are the clear winner. It all depends on what you plan to do with it. As a singer/songwriter, I would gravitate toward the Rosewood with it's classic scooped mid-range to make room for the frequencies most people tend to sing in. Seems to have a lot of bass and highs without as much of the in between. That is the signature characteristic of the Sitka spruce top w/ rosewood back and sides tone-wood combination. If I were primarily an instrumentalist, I would clearly gravitate toward the fullness and warmth of the mahogany back and sides. Like your dad always told you, - "pick the right tool for the job".

What I want to know is,if there is any artist out there that would donate either one to a charity and if that person would want to be a part of a calabash of artist for artist.
