Hey bro tell me what it would take to get a trx450 to 70hp? Also would that much power put any stress on anything internally. I’m looking for huge power but also strong reliability. I’m already expecting to have to run on race fuel.
@trxtech3010Ай бұрын
Not hard at all to get 70+ HP from the TRX450R/ER engines. Basicully you will wanna get good porting, +1mm Intake and +2mm Exhaust valves, +3mm Big Bore CP 13:1 (or a JE 13:1 Piston works well too), hvave the carburetor bored to 45.5mm, Good exhaust like a Dasa, Empire or a monster , and eith a 242 Web cam or you can get in the mid 60's of HP with just a Stage 3 hot cam along with the mods mentioned below. It would still be reliable as long as you do a OEM Crank that has a CP Rom and is balnced.
