The handle part that comes off the main body gets loose over time, take it off and take it apart and tighten it back up so it's a snug fit when you put it back on the main body, if it comes loose again and opener starts messing up do it again but this time gorilla clue the parts then tighten..

Mark, thanks so much for this review! I had not heard of Epic water filters before seeing your video. I really like the look of that water pitcher! Question. Not sure if you know the answer but how might Epic compare to Zero water filter pitchers? No biggie if you are not sure. Just occurred to me as I watched. Hope you are doing well (and not near the LA fires!).

Thank you for your good wishes. I would say the Epic is close to a Zero. Water tastes a little better though.

With regards the best most better absorbed type of hmb it's the acid type compared to the calcium type I am almost 39 and, for over two years, I did not consume even the minimum amount of protein required per day and was not engaged in regular exercise. As a result, I experienced significant muscle loss and weakness. However, upon realizing the importance of a healthy lifestyle, I made several positive changes. I started consuming adequate protein, engaging in resistance training, and taking supplements like creatine, omega 3,HMB, EAA,Resveratrol, zinc, and magnesium. These changes have led to noticeable improvements in my muscle mass, strength, and overall quality of life. I regret my past habits, such as occasional alcohol consumption and using chewable tobacco, but I am focused on moving forward with abstinence from such catabolic health injurious things The encouraging scientific fact is that muscle loss due to sarcopenia is reversible at any age, even though the rate of recovery may be slower as we get older compared to younger individuals. Reversing sarcopenia requires a combination of proper nutrition, resistance training, and targeted supplementation. While supplements alone cannot fully reverse sarcopenia, they can significantly enhance muscle growth, recovery, and strength when paired with consistent exercise and protein intake. Here are the best supplements with strong evidence supporting their effectiveness in combating sarcopenia: 1. Protein (Whey or Casein) Why: Provides essential amino acids (EAAs) required for muscle protein synthesis. Whey is fast-digesting, while casein offers sustained release. Dose: 20-40 g post-workout or as needed to meet daily protein requirements (1.6-2.2 g/kg of body weight). 2. Creatine Monohydrate Why: Increases muscle strength, power, and lean mass. It also enhances energy availability during resistance training. Dose: 3-5 g daily, preferably post-workout. 3. HMB (Beta-Hydroxy Beta-Methylbutyrate) Why: Reduces muscle breakdown, promotes muscle repair, and helps maintain lean body mass, especially in older adults. Dose: 3 g daily, divided into 1 g doses. 4. Essential Amino Acids (EAAs) or Branched-Chain Amino Acids (BCAAs) Why: Stimulate muscle protein synthesis, especially leucine, which is critical for rebuilding muscle tissue. Dose: 5-10 g per serving, before or after workouts. 5. Vitamin D Why: Supports muscle function, strength, and recovery. Vitamin D deficiency is linked to increased sarcopenia risk. Dose: 2,000-4,000 IU daily or as needed based on blood levels. 6. Omega-3 Fatty Acids (Fish Oil) Why: Reduces inflammation, enhances muscle protein synthesis, and supports muscle recovery. Dose: 1-3 g EPA/DHA daily. 7. Magnesium Why: Plays a critical role in muscle contraction, relaxation, and protein synthesis. Many older adults are deficient. Dose: 300-400 mg daily. 8. Zinc Why: Supports muscle repair and immune function, which can be compromised with age. Dose: 15-30 mg daily. 9. L-Carnitine Why: Enhances energy production and muscle recovery, especially beneficial for older adults. Dose: 1-2 g daily. 10. Collagen Peptides Why: Supports connective tissue health, which is crucial for maintaining strength during resistance training. Dose: 10-20 g daily, often combined with vitamin C for better absorption. 11. Resveratrol Why: Improves mitochondrial function and reduces inflammation, aiding in muscle maintenance. Dose: 150-500 mg daily. Key Lifestyle Recommendations: Exercise: Regular resistance training is critical for reversing sarcopenia. Diet: Maintain a protein-rich diet with whole foods like lean meats, dairy, legumes, and eggs. Hydration: Stay well-hydrated, as dehydration can impair muscle function. Combining these supplements with a structured exercise plan and a nutrient-dense diet offers the best results for reversing sarcopenia. Always consult with a healthcare professional before starting a new supplement regimen.

The Pillow Company / CozyRest company has a fraudulent return policy. The agreement shows a New Mexico address, but if you want ot return the pillow, it must be shipped to China - which cost twice the price of the pillow. DO NOT buy this product. BTW - it is extremely uncomfortable, cheap memory foam that doesn't compress around the ear and cause ear pain

I have tried a lot of MV and if I am not on a trial of something else, this one is my go to. If you are vitamin deficient, then any MV will help with energy as the B vitamins are needed for energy production. Also the Bs help with brain function. There are a great many things in this MV that are needed or of benefit to the human body, but if you REALLY want to know what you are missing I suggest talking to a nutritionists and getting tested to see if you have deficiencies.

Just got one similar today, a 2qt, not quite like that one. Made some waffles from frozen. Based the first one on the guide line in the magazine. Came out a little crisper than I liked. But glad I didn't leave them in as long as it recommended for french fries or it would have been a hockey puck 🏒

I just got one of these. I had a regular stationary bike before this. The Pros are that it is small and takes up little space, it's nearly silent, with the tension adjustment it can provide a great work out and is affordable. The instructions are just drawings which can be difficult to follow. I just looked up a demo of the assembly online which made setup fast. Cons: I don't really like having the pedals in front of me vs. directly under my feet. That's just a personal preference. I doubt it qualifies as a recumbent bike, but it does have a different feel due to the positioning. The other negative is that it is "wobbly" due to the fact it is light weight and compact. I am fairly small and this isn't a problem while riding the bike. But for an older person with mobility or balance issues, this could be a problem while getting on and off the bike. You need to take an extra couple of seconds getting off and on it to assure stability.

Hi Mark, Do you recommend using the oil for the blades before first use? And how often do I need to use it to take care of the product?

I ordered the heavy weight sweatshirt bottomland camo sweatshirt. I waited two weeks to get it. When I pulled it out of the plastic, immediately I found out that it was absolutely NOT heavy weight. In fact, you can go to Walmart and buy ANY pull over sweatshirt and it will be heavier than this sweatshirt! In addition, the paper thin white lining left tons of lint in my hair and on my shirt when I tried it on. I couldn’t get it back in the package fast enough to return it! Extremely disappointed! At the same time I ordered a True timber high pile pullover sweatshirt and it is awesome! Fits great and very, very warm.

I like the Pike Place coffee too. Very good stuff in my opinion. I like coffee that has a strong coffee flavor but not bitter or burnt tasting. Starbucks has a couple of other blends that I also like, the House Blend and the Cafe' Verona. Another one I like is not a Starbuck's coffee, but Seattle's Best 6th Street Bistro. But honestly whatever coffee you like, it's going to be better than Folger's Crystals, yuk! Lol
