Yes, that’s the only downside. However, Ravensburger is working on a Power version, which does not need resetting (if my sources are correct) 👍🏻

@GravimaxxMarbleRuns Maybe so! I sure hope so. It would be cool if I was a part of the power sets so that way a sensor would detect a marble and the motor would launch it. If a different part was connected to it, for example, the switch part with the color blue would only launch blue marbles by detecting the color

Now that you mention it, it does sound like a power catapult 😅 I can understand about timing it manually as well. Still a pretty cool product and possibly an idea for the basic and pro sets in the future!

For me when I build tracks, the magnetic cannon is a good use but I’ve found that when it is used to bring the marble up it gives quite inconsistent results. Prefer the jumper or scoop for this purpose

I find the jumper quite inconsistent actually, as mine all trigger differently depending on the age/series. Let’s say they all have their own ‘personality’ 😉🟢👍🏻 But, it’s a very cool part which I use in many of my tracks!

I guess you are talking about the Power element Lever? I talk about its capabilities in the videos I made about the battery powered Gravitrax Power series. This video however is about extensions in the Core series, which are not battery powered.

Ok, your test shows that this thing "works", but I think you'll agree that's an extremely short/boring run. I feel like height is a problem with gravitrax junior, so it doesn't seem smart to drop a bunch all at once, know what I mean? There's a video showcasing gravitrax junior at some convention, and it's pretty satisfying, but that's because they use EIGHT XXL kits (so like, > $1000) to get all the height stones. Ok... I do think gravitrax junior is cute and good for kids, though. I'm thinking of having some height stones 3d printed to get more height, but even so I don't know if I'd wanna waste a lot of height all at once with this.

Everyone is entitled to his/her own opinion of course. Please remember this is a set for children between 4-7 years old, starting with marbleruns. It should be judged in that perspective.

The app code is valid, so one can copy my build. It’s a service I provide for my fans. And if you use the app more frequently, you will discover that there is tracks that function in the digital app but NOT in reality and vice versa. This track works perfectly in reality, as the video demonstrates, but it has certain tricks in it, the app’s parameters don’t allow for. The app is limited. But again: the goal of the app code is to give fans the data they need to copy the track that works in REALITY. Good luck!
