⚡️Gravitrax Power⚡️ Test! World Premiere!! Official prototypes - preview!⚡️

Gravitrax Power will make it’s official debut in September 2022, but in this video I’m already testing the new ⚡️Gravitrax Power⚡️ elements: starter dome, elevator, switch, trigger, finish arena, finish trigger and the controller! Another world premiere!! Be the first to find all out there is to know about this new line of Gravitrax products by Ravensburger, by watching this test of official factory prototypes! It’s a preview, but make no mistake about it, these are the final products. However, small technical changes can still occur before mass production! In the video each action part is looked at in detail, including the functionality, batteries and some specific field tests are done! In the second part of the video there is a test track in which all elements are combined (I have made a tutorial video about this, so you can also build it yourself!). The new power components are much more interesting now that I've seen what they can do. I wonder if it is possible to set up the switch for a one-time action? I'm also curious to know if they will work with rechargeable batteries, such as Panasonic Eneloop Pro.

I’m glad you like my video! I had the same experience: working with the components! Theoretically it should be possible to use the Switch only one time, I would say? Rechargeable batteries are an option I think, although I would start myself with regular ones. ⚡️🍀👍🏻

Congratulations for this amazing video. I had trouble working out how it would all fit together : now I know ! I am afraid I don't understand the difference between the Finish Trigger and the Trigger and in what cases you would use one or the other. I am keen to buy the Starter Set Launch. The Power Interaction looks like the only way to get the Switch but we have no idea when it will be available. Same thing for the availability of Elevator and Lever.

Hi Maurice, thanks a lot for your compliments and glad I could help! There is not much difference between the 2 triggers, I think. The Switch is only available through the interaction set yes, it’s not sold separately as Lever and Elevator. But who knows, they will add it maybe as a separate extension? ⚡️💚👍🏻

Hi Lewis, to my information the European release is planned for the first week of September. I have no idea what retail prices will be in UK, but on the mainland the interaction set will be around €135-150 (depending on the store) and the Starter Set Launch around €99 ⚡️

Are these battery operated? If they are, I am a little disappointed in gravitrax for us to put battery's in these and it has a battery live for about 24 hours (which is good) and then we have to waste money buying new batterys.Other then that, these are the most amazing thing on the planted.

Yes as you can see in the video they work on batteries. Battery life was good during testing it, as I also mention some other energy saving features in the video! ⚡️🍀👍🏻

I’m not the designer, Ravensburger is 😅. I imagine they made it bigger for 2 reasons: to accomodate for the battery and to give the marble extra speed on the exit. It works very well! 🤩
