Hi. I live in Colorado and we get some pretty big snow storms. How much weight can these clear sheets take? Also, can they handle hail? I’m assuming the poly carbonate does just that. Thank you for any and all information. Thanks much.

Great video. I also live in AZ and I'm wondering if I need to use gravel at the base before I pour 12" wide by 16" deep piers for a large gazebo. Is the gravel a necessity in AZ to help prevent them from settling/sinking? Thanks in advance.

Thank you for making me aware of the new Adu laws in Arizona. I currently own 11 apartment buildings with 49 units in the phx metro. Under contract on another 4plex in Mesa. This will be great strategy to add to my toolbelt. Buying a single family and adding an ADU.

I actually have never had to deal with a shared well but what I can say you might have abetter chance if you build a casita and classify it as guest quarters to make it seem like its not permanent living.

@everythingresidential2 ай бұрын
@@alejandrocarrizales1691 we typically install rebar when the concrete will not be exposed to the elements. If you can imaging a small crack in the Crete and water drips in and starts to rust the rebar. That will cause an even larger crack down the road. So we use fiber
