We are building a pool house casita in chandler Arizona, starting from a blank slate of landscape rock. This build is interesting as we are limited on on how big we can build it due to rear setbacks, side setbacks and the overall size of the backyard. however we can make it up by making the building much taller and using our height to throw a sleeping area above the bathroom.
