Also this was the year that a young Pete Carroll was on an NFL coaching staff for the first time in his career. Also the late Monte Kiffin, famous for his Tampa 2 defensive scheme, served as linebackers coach.

Look at all those empty seats at Rich Stadium. You don’t see these anymore today considering how good the Bills have been lately.

Why did the bills wear white for every home game in 1984 and 1984 only? They wore both white and blue at home during the early 80s. It wasn't until 1987 when they stopped wearing white at rich stadium

I have luxury box seats in 1990 when the Patriots played the Kansas City Chiefs. The gas station that I worked at in Jersey one of my customers worked for Anheuser-Busch and gave me the tickets cuz he knew I was a Patriots fan. We lost but I had fun. 👍.

In case anyone sees the clips vs the Eagles and notices that the Eagles weren't on the Bills' 1971 schedule... they played them in Philly in their 2nd pre-season game that year. And the game vs the Chargers was played on a Saturday. This was a pretty awful team, but in the Bills' defense, half of their '71 schedule was played vs the 5 best teams in the NFL that year. (Cowboys, Vikings, Chiefs, Dolphins twice & Colts twice)

that Monday night game where they went in and absolutely manhandled the Dolphins was a great highlight. They were 10-1 at that point and easily the best looking team in the AFC. I was only a teenager so at that point i had never witnessed the bills so dominant.

Pain. Every time he threw a TD he had this look of amazement. Hell we all did. He was beyond awful. His favorite stat line was 8-22 96 yrd and an INT. The worst QB in our history.
